All aspects of our lives hold the potential for deep learning and liberating wisdom. This silent retreat, suitable for both new and experienced meditators, will support the process of awakening by encouraging continuity of awareness and open-hearted exploration of all that arises throughout the day. Emphasis will be on developing a wise and compassionate attitude in mindfulness practice, as well as nurturing a spirit of inquiry. Metta (lovingkindness) practice will be offered daily.
