Local Meditation Classes

IMS’s Resident Teacher Chas DiCapua and others offer local insight meditation classes in Gardner and Barre, MA.

The Gardner group meets Wednesday evenings, 6:00-7:15pm at the Unitarian Universalist Society, 66 Elm Street.

The Barre group meets Monday evenings, 6:00-7:30pm at the Barre Congregational Church, 30 Park Street.
