Lila Kate Wheeler attended her first IMS retreat in 1977 and is still learning. She has been encouraged to teach in the Theravada, Vajrayana and Hindu Advaita traditions. Her aim is to help people cultivate love, tolerance, and freedom. She also writes fiction.
