Known as HATS (House Across the Street), the staff housing opposite the IMS Retreat Center was rebuilt in 2005.The new face of HATS.After 30 years of service, our beloved meditation hall headed for a renovation in early 2006.By the middle of 2006, a beautiful new Retreat Center meditation hall was ready to greet incoming retreatants.IMS hosted a gathering of insight meditation teachers from around the Western world in July, 2006.Ajahn Sucitto led a blessing ceremony together, with other visiting monastics, at the 30th anniversary event.
