The practices of mindfulness and lovingkindness help us to connect with and accept the changing experiences of life that arise in body, heart and mind. Throughout this silent retreat, we will explore infusing present moment awareness with kindness. Through developing relaxation, we'll access a natural clarity of mind and openness of heart that can respond to the joys and sorrows of life with increasing sensitivity, stability and love.

Optional daily yoga offered by assistant teacher Jessica Morey will extend this sense of kindness to our bodies.

15 CE credits are available for psychologists, social workers and nurses. More information here.
