Susa Talan has been studying and practicing yoga and Insight Meditation for more than 15 years. She is a long-time student of Sayadaw U Tejaniya, with whom she ordained temporarily in 2010. Susa’s relationship to movement is informed by her study of meditation, yoga, tai chi and qi gong as well as her deep interest in the mind and nature. Susa enjoys offering movement as another vehicle for cultivating awareness and wisdom.
